Remote learning throughout January, except for subjects with practical skills training

The Government has introduced new national infection control measures, which will come into effect on 16 December. The measures will be reviewed after four weeks.

The campuses are open, and libraries, reading rooms, common areas and group rooms are accessible.

Lessons that involve practical skills training can be carried out on campus as planned after the New Year. The requirement to maintain a distance of one metre and other infection control recommendations must be complied with. The maximum number of students in a group is 25.

After January 10, courses with international students will go ahead as planned, and information about this will be given directly to the students this applies to.

Theoretical courses will be taught via remote learning in the period 3–28 January, and these will follow the timetable and content that is already planned for in-person learning. Work placements must be regulated according to national guidelines and instructions from those responsible for work placements at NLA.

Students must stay abreast of the situation regarding their studies in Canvas, in the timetable and on Studentweb.
