Studies for ukrainian refugees

Who can apply?

Ukrainian refugees who have registered for collective protection or received individual asylum in Norway may apply for admission. Please note that you must be present in Norway when applying, and you must have a residence permit to be admitted. The application deadline is 28 January, but apply as soon as you can.

Course structure

HSM208K will commence in February 2024. There are no tuition fees.
HSM107K may commence in August 2024.

HSM208K Strategic Management
Spring: 10 ECTS Credits

The course will be held in Ukrainian by Professor Anatoliy Goncharuk.

Mandatory course in bachelor's degree in economics and administration and in innovation and management.

A modern manager must be able to see and plan for the future of organization. Manager's main functions include monitoring, analyzing and evaluating everything that the organization needs to achieve long-term goals and objectives. Therefore, the Strategic Management discipline, which gives students an understanding and the necessary knowledge and skills for the formation, selection, analysis, implementation, evaluation, and management of organization strategies, is needed to train a modern manager.

Сучасний менеджер повинен вміти бачити і планувати майбутнє організації. Основні функції менеджера включають моніторинг, аналіз і оцінку всього, що потрібно організації для досягнення довгострокових цілей і завдань. Тому для підготовки сучасного менеджера необхідна дисципліна «Стратегічний менеджмент», яка дає студентам розуміння та необхідні знання та навички для формування, відбору, аналізу, реалізації, оцінки та управління стратегіями організації. 

HSM107K Organization and Management

Mandatory course in bachelor's degree in economics and administration and in innovation and management 

Every manager must first of all understand his tasks, functions and tools that he can use to manage people and processes in the organization. This requires knowledge of the organization and management theory, which he could apply in practice. Therefore, the course Organization and Management was introduced precisely at the beginning of the study of the Bachelor's program in Management.

Кожен керівник повинен перш за все розуміти свої завдання, функції та інструменти, які він може використовувати для управління людьми та процесами в організації. Для цього необхідні знання теорії організації та менеджменту, які він міг би застосувати на практиці. Тому курс «Організація та менеджмент» запроваджено саме на початку навчання на бакалаврській програмі «Менеджмент».
