Language and Literature

The Language and Literature research group was established in 2019 with the goal of strengthening the academic community and encouraging competence enhancement, academic debate, increased dissemination and publishing activity at NLA’s Norwegian language unit. All group members work in teacher education, but have varied backgrounds from the arts and language and literature studies, as well as work experience from schools. The group is united by an interdisciplinary didactical approach to Norwegian language teaching.

Meetings are held in the research group approximately every six weeks, with a varying agenda: discussions on new academic literature, presentation of and feedback on individual R&D projects, writing seminars etc.
