Accommodation in student life

Do you need accommodations, either for a shorter period or for the entire study period? Together with a study advisor, you can find out if you are entitled to accommodations and what NLA University College can offer in terms of assistance.

Accommodation in everyday study life is assessed individually. This means that the accommodation follows both the person and the situation. Consideration of academic requirements will always be an important basis for the accommodation.

NAV mentor

Having a mentor involves follow-up from a fellow student. A mentor can be someone to discuss subjects with and do exercises together with, but also a supporter who can contribute to planning and structure in everyday student life. The mentor can also assist with notes from lectures if needed.

Documentation

When you apply for facilitation, you must be able to document the need for facilitation.
The documentation must say something about which specific support measures are recommended.
Do not send sensitive information by e-mail. Send the documentation along with the online form when you apply for facilitation, or send it via Digipost to NLA University College.
In the case of chronic conditions, the documentation applies to the entire course of study and you only apply once.
