Management
NLA University College is a publicly accredited private university college with a wide range of study programs in Bergen, Oslo and Kristiansand, as well as Trondheim and Stavanger. NLA is a faith-based, Christian institution and offers education for everyone, regardless of their beliefs.

Organization
NLA University College is organized as a limited company with seven Christian organizations/denominations as owners: The Evangelical Lutheran Free Church, The Norwegian Missionary Society, Norwegian Lutheran Mission Association, Normisjon, Indremisjonsforbundet, Sunday School Norway, and the Norwegian Christian Student and School Youth League.
The owners meet annually for NLA University College's general meeting, which is the university college's highest body. Here, a board is elected for the university college, which in turn is responsible for the university college's strategic activities and operations.
Board and management
NLA University College is currently established under joint management at four study locations in Bergen, Oslo and Kristiansand, in addition to study centers in Trondheim and Stavanger. The management is geographically dispersed, and there is no localized head office.
