Responsible Leadership in Business, Administration and Innovation (RELBAI)RELBAI contributes to NLA's vision of uniting professionalism, ethics, and education. Our research seeks not only to understand organizations, but to transform them – to develop leaders who act with wisdom, courage, and responsibility to shape sustainable businesses and other types of organizations.Education, Marginalization and Value (EMV)EMV investigates how societal changes – across family, school, and politics – affect education, and responds with innovative and critical research.RECAPRECAP offers an important long-term perspective on social responsibility. We argue that responsible actions spring from a shaped character – developed through reflected engagement with the cultural and educational traditions we inherit.Journalism, Media and Communication (JMC) – The Social Responsibility of Public DiscourseJMC Group provides the doctoral program with a critical understanding of the formative power of the media. We explore how social responsibility is realized through communication – and how it must be continuously renewed to maintain a vibrant democracy.Language, text and literature (LTL) – The responsibility of interpretation and narrationThe LTL group contributes to deepening the understanding of the narrative and linguistic dimensions of social responsibility.
