Are you a refugee who have registered for collective protection or received individual asylum in Norway? If so, you can access studies at NLA University College. We offer both campus-based and online studies.

Who can apply?

Ukrainian refugees who have registered for collective protection or received individual asylum in Norway may apply for admission. Please note that you must be present in Norway when applying, and you must have a residence permit to be admitted. 

Course structure

HSM107K will commence in Autumn 2025.
HSM208K will commence in Spring 2026. There are no tuition fees.

 

HSM107K Organization and Management 

Autumn: 10 ECTS Credits

The course will be held in Ukrainian by Professor Anatoliy Goncharuk.

Mandatory course in bachelor's degree in economics and administration and in innovation and management 

Every manager must first of all understand his tasks, functions and tools that he can use to manage people and processes in the organization. This requires knowledge of the organization and management theory, which he could apply in practice. Therefore, the course Organization and Management was introduced precisely at the beginning of the study of the Bachelor's program in Management. 

Mandatory course in bachelor's degree in economics and administration and in innovation and management.

HSM208K Strategic Management

Spring: 10 ECTS Credits

The course will be held in Ukrainian by Professor Anatoliy Goncharuk.

Mandatory course in bachelor's degree in economics and administration and in innovation and management.

A modern manager must be able to see and plan for the future of organization. Manager's main functions include monitoring, analyzing and evaluating everything that the organization needs to achieve long-term goals and objectives. Therefore, the Strategic Management discipline, which gives students an understanding and the necessary knowledge and skills for the formation, selection, analysis, implementation, evaluation, and management of organization strategies, is needed to train a modern manager.
