Semester Programme in Business Administration, Leadership and Entrepreneurship
Hauge School of Management (HSM) at NLA University College offers a semester programme for exchange students on its campus in Kristiansand, Southern Norway. HSM is a business school with a strong focus on leadership, entrepreneurship/innovation, and ethical behavior in the marketplace.

About the semester programme
Students in the programme will study together with HSM's full-degree students in business administration and innovation, leadership and marketing. The class sizes vary but a class typically has around 40 students.
The language of instruction is English. The programme is taught in the autumn semester and it requires attendance from mid-August to mid-December.
The semester is divided into three periods. The teaching is organized as intensive courses in 6-8 weeks with one course at a time, meaning that one course finishes before the next one begins. There is compulsory attendance (80%).
The course IML221 includes a mandatory study trip to Kenya (more information below).

The course IML221 Entrepreneurship Laboratory in Emerging Economies includes a study trip to Kenya. The trip has an extra fee. More information will follow.
