Semester Programme in Theology

The semester programme is primarily designed for students from NLA's partner institutions. Eligible applicants should either be majoring in religion/theology.

Students must demonstrate proficiency in both spoken and written English. Applicants may be required to provide documentation of their English skills before being admitted to the courses.

Erasmus+ students who are nominated by one of NLA's partners are exempt from paying tuition fee, as well as the semester- and study fee.

Costs for other exchange or study abroad students depend on your nationality as well as the agreement your home institution has with NLA. 

International students are usually guaranteed housing through Sammen, the student welfare organisation in Bergen, as long as they submit their application before the deadline. During peak periods, however, some students may be required to share a room with another student.
