Erasmus+ programme
Erasmus+ is the EU's educational programme that provides financial support for studies and internships abroad. The aim of Erasmus+ is to give you the opportunity to live in another country, learn a language, get to know another culture and gain international experience through exchange. NLA has Erasmus+ agreements with a number of European countries.

Documents you need to complete to receive the Erasmus+ grant
- Learning Agreement: Must be completed before the stay and signed by the student, NLA, and the host institution.
- Grant Agreement: Must be completed before the stay and signed by the student and NLA.
- Confirmation of arrival: Must be completed at the beginning of the stay and signed by the host institution. Download here.
- Participant report: Must be completed electronically after the end of the stay.
- Confirmation of stay: Must be completed towards the end of the stay and signed by the host institution. Download here.
You will receive 80% of your Erasmus+ grant after you have submitted the Confirmation of arrival. The remaining 20% of the grant will be paid out after you have completed the final report and submitted confirmation of the length of stay.
