In September 2023, a sweet meeting between John Vegard Schow and Ron Adelaar in Ron’s home piano studio in Amersfoort sparked the creation of "Fawns of Amersfoort". The track was inspired by the small fawns (deer) that Schow observed in The Netherlands. Ron transferred this melody to his piano and there this recording was done. This enchanting track is a testament to the duo's exceptional synergy and innovative artistry, creating a distinctive and captivating soundscape.
"Fawns of Amersfoort" is the second single from the upcoming EP "Pianists of the World," which showcases collaborations with illustrious artists such as Tom Kristiaan, Ron Adelaar, Christof R Davis, and Høisgaard. This project exemplifies Schow's commitment to fostering global musical connections and exploring diverse pianistic expressions.
