Innovative measurement approaches
This paper gives an overview of selected Web 2.0 approaches, their use in eGovernment, and innovative measurements related to them. We also attempt to outline some of the pitfalls and opportunities in the Web 2.0 development for government, in particular concerning eInclusion, security, and privacy. The paper has been prepared by the eGovMoNet project, which is a thematic network designed to address user satisfaction and impact measurements for eGovernment. eGovMoNet is co-funded by the European Commission under the Competitiveness and Innovation Program (CIP)
