Learning Analytics Based on Streamed Log Data from a Course in Logic
This paper describes the analysis of streamed log data generated from
the use of two specific e-learning tools in the context of a basic logic course
taught and evaluated at Aalborg University, Denmark, during the period from
September 2022 to January 2023. The students’ work with the two kinds of basic
logic introduced in the course, classical syllogistics and elementary propositional
logic is analysed using the stored log data. Furthermore, using stored log data it
is also discussed whether anything is gained if we change the order in which the
two topics are presented during the course.
