Texts of affirmation rather than negation: Jesse N. K. Mugambi and African biblical studies
The article discusses some examples of how Professor Jesse N. K. Mugambi (University of Nairobi) - himself a philosopher and theologian - has contributed to the emerging discipline of African biblical studies, especially by interacting with biblical texts and discourses from biblical studies in his profiled discussion of a theology of reconstruction.
