NLA University College is part of the national investment in artificial intelligence and creativity through the MishMash research center, where new knowledge and solutions are developed for education, business, and the public sector with ethics and pedagogy at the center.

DeKomp – collaboration for development and quality in schools
How can schools develop their professional community and work with pedagogical development based on local needs? Within the DeKomp scheme, NLA University College works with many different schools with a focus on mutual learning, professional development and respect for the school's uniqueness.
ReKomp – mutual learning and development in equal partnerships
Partnerships that change practices in kindergartens and kindergarten education. Within the ReKomp scheme, NLA University College is close to the practices of kindergartens with research-based content. At the same time, experiences from the partnership are fed back into the kindergarten teacher education program.
